About Rimmel
Rimmel London has history all the way back to 1820. Eugene Rimmel in 1834 opened a perfumery at just the age of 14. The House of Rimmel was established. Through the years Eugene became an expert perfumer and a cosmetics visionary. After his death in 1887 his sons took over the business. There they invented there world renowned mascaras. Through the next century Rimmel became a beauty icon for many woman. After 1996 Rimmel reached 40 countries and became Britain’s best-selling cosmetics brand.
First Impression
When I first heard about this product I was a little skeptical because it was inexpensive and I heard mixed reviews on the product. I liked how sleek the packaging looked. I also liked the price.
Daily Use
I have been using this product every day over a year.
Verdict
This product is amazing. This product smooth’s out your skin and makes your foundation apply much easier. It also helps conceal pores and make your foundation last all day. With using this product I have found that my foundation lasts up to 10 hours. No need for powder! However, I suggest if you have oily skin that you use powder to set the foundation. This primer also is very creamy and applies really easy. It does have a peach color but it applies translucent when it goes onto the skin.
