  So what is your favorite decade for vintage clothing? I love the wild crazy flapper vibe of the 1920's and the rock n roll grunge of the 80's!

  really i don't know which clothes people wore in which time, i just go into my favorite second hand shop and buy what i like.

  I love the 60's and 70's, but I think because those span my Mom's teens/twenties, and I love looking at pictures of her from then....and thanks to recycling fashion, lots of things have been coming back into style!!

  I love every decade for different reasons! But one of my favorites is probably the 30s and 40s.

  Probably the 50's would be my favorite, but it's so hard to choose since each has something special to it.

  I definitely love the 20's but I hate that it's soo hard to find clothing pieces from then in stores! After that, the 50's and 60's are amazing, I love clothing like the one's featured in A Single Man. Lovelyyy!

  for me the 70's.. mmm to bell bottoms with platforms, flowery flowing tops, wide brimmed sun hats... head bands across the forehead, big sun glasses, peace signs, and the birth of DIY hippie happy.  :)    plus i love love love that most of those trends are still here today!

  mainly the sixties but anything thats very typical for its own epoce apeals to me, anyways I just love all things vintage ;)

  I love the 1920s. The style is very inspiring and glamorous. I also like 1940s, 1950s - the golden age of Hollywood for the same reason. But for everyday dressing I prefer 70s.

  I love 20's American style and 30's French, both aesthetically, but I love shopping for 50's vintage because the cuts are just right for my body shape.  As much as I love other eras, if the clothes don't flatter it just doesn't feel like successful vintage shopping to me.

  I love the 1940s and 50s. Women back then seemed more well put together and took the time to look glamorous. Sometimes I wonder what happend, so many people look so sloppy today!

  anything before the 1970's. 70-80-90's items give me the creeps most of the time. even though i must admit i have a soft spot for the punk mood. a huge soft spot. still, sequins & co are not my cup of tea :S

  There is something I love about each of the decades. I love the hippy seventies looks, mini dresses from the sixties and the ladylike and feminine dresses of the fifties.

  1920s, but I own my mom's prom dress from 1972, and so many T-shirts, skirts and jeans from '80s
