  ??? I want to write and post using the blog function but I'm not sure where to begin or how go about doing that. I'm a newbie so all help is appreciated. Thanks

  Welcome to Delance :)
  
  A while back there was a call for applications for the different blogger positions, and those chosen now make up the Editoral Staff, who write the blog posts for Delance.  I'm not sure about new members applying, but you can always ask Emilie!
